- To secure any appointment, a booking fee must be paid.
- Appointment confirmation is contingent upon receipt of the deposit; dates cannot be held without payment. o
- The booking fee will be deducted from the total appointment cost.
- The booking fee is non-refundable.
- For treatments at your preferred location, a travel fee is required, payable along with the booking fee. The travel fee is separate and won't be deducted
from the total appointment cost.
- If unable to attend, your booking fee can be transferred to another date with 48
hours' notice.
- Less than 48 hours' notice for cancellations will result in forfeiture of the booking fee. Rebooking after a last-minute cancellation requires a new booking fee.
- Aesthetic appointments require ID; treatment cannot be provided to those under 18. Proof of age is necessary for individuals appearing under 25

accurate, and read and understand all documents before signing. Treatment will not proceed without a signed consent form. Contact us with any questions or concerns before signing.
- Photographs and/or videos will be taken before and after your treatment for promotional and insurance purposes.
- Familiarise yourself with the provided aftercare information, usually sent with the consent form. Strictly adhere to pre/post treatment care recommendations.
Cancellation Policy
Please take note of the following important information:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, a new booking fee must be paid in advance before making another booking.
- Booking fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be automatically forfeited, and your booking fee will not be refunded.
Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment.

Booking Policy
To secure your appointment, all deposits must be made within 12 hours of receiving your payment dink. For model treatments, payment in full is required as these are heavily discounted.
Failure to make the required payment within the specified timeframe will result in automatic
cancellation of your booking via the booking system. You will receive an email notification in such cases, and you can rebook your appointment using the booking system. Please note that any special prices, such as those for models or discounted rates, will be adjusted at the time of your appointment.
As a self-employed professional, l cannot hold appointments without a deposit.
